We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. At SliceWP we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with our products and services and are still within 30 days of the original purchase date of a SliceWP license, your request for a refund will be honored. After 30 days have elapsed from the original purchase date, you (the buyer) agree that you had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the products/software and signify to us (the seller) that the goods are conforming or you (the buyer) will take or retain them in spite of their nonconformity.
(Lifetime licenses are not covered by this refund policy, please read below)
Automatic license renewal payments are non-refundable
Yearly licenses renew automatically, if not cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
We will send you 3 reminders via email to the email address you’ve used on checkout about your renewing subscription. The first notification is sent two weeks before the license’s renewal date, the second is sent one week before the license’s renewal date and the third email is sent 3 days before the license’s renewal date.
You may use these opportunities to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
For our protection, refunds are not permitted for Lifetime licenses.
The payment gateways refund fees for lifetime licenses are almost as high as the purchase of a single basic license.
This is the reason why refunds for lifetime licenses do not make business sense for us.
If you wish to test the product before committing to a lifetime license, please consider purchasing a yearly subscription at first, which is covered by the refund policy.
If you decide to upgrade to a lifetime license before the end of your yearly subscription, please contact us and we will provide an upgrade purchase link, which will discount the full amount of the initial purchase.
Disputes and chargebacks
Should you open a dispute, instead of asking for a refund, we will keep 50% of the disputed amount while we gather evidence for our submission of the refund.
We reserve the right to change or modify the current refund policy with no prior notice.
