How do I get premium support?

What is premium support?

We offer our paid customers top priority in our support system. Even though we strive to help all our users with any issue, our paid customers will always take precedence.

Premium support includes advanced technical debugging and fixes. We offer to log into your WordPress dashboard or hosting control panels if the situation requires it, just to make sure everything is running smoothly.

This service is not available for free users.

I’m a free user, how do I get support?

If you don’t have an active license, we recommend opening a support topic on WordPress’ official repository, where the free core version of SliceWP is hosted.

This is an open forum available for all WordPress users. Answering your queries there may benefit other users as well.

Please note: If you do have an active SliceWP license, please open a support ticket here. Due to WordPress’ repository policies, we cannot answer questions related to our premium features there.

Tips for getting accurate support

We can offer top notch support only if we clearly understand your issue. To make sure we are able to assess a problem, in your support request please:

  • include links to posts or pages where the error appears;
  • add screenshots so we have a visual representation;
  • if possible, include screencasts where you detail how the issues can be reproduced. Loom is a great tool for making these types of videos.
